Ideal for ball gown, princess, and very full skirted styles of gowns.

Your wedding gown will be cleaned using our unique Baptiste Process®, steamed, and returned to you in a white transit box ready to hang.

This service is ideal for those requiring their Gown to be cleaned to be worn again after a Destination Wedding, those who have purchased ‘Pre-loved’ Wedding Gowns or those hoping to sell their Gown after their big day.

There are no customisation or personalisation options with this service. For long term storage, customised box designs and personalisation please refer to our Cleaning & Preservation Box Packages.

NOTE: This service is not recommended for long term storage as the box provided is not acid free or packed with acid free tissue.

Please note that prior to cleaning, your Gown will be inspected.  In the case of a clear discrepancy our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss any payment variance or the return of your dress – carriage chargeable.

Accessory Cleaning

If you would like to have other items cleaned and returned with your wedding gown such as a Bolero/Stole, a Veil or sash, or a cape etc… pleases tick the item(s) you require below.

PLEASE NOTE; These items are not packed or boxed separately. They will be included upon return, in the box with your bridal gown.

Express Service

With our Express Cleaning Service, we can turn around your Gown in as little as ten days from receiving it. Need your dress sooner? Give us a call and we can assess and accommodate your needs.

Shipping *

Please choose one option:

• Shipping is fully insured and free of charge, inclusive of an all day, weekday only collection and delivery service, to and from UK Mainland only – please call for Highlands and Channel Islands.
• The courier will bring a plastic box on the day of collection, which you can pack your garments into whilst the courier waits (a sticky bar coded returns label will be included in the box for the return journey to us).
• Timed and Saturday options are available at a surcharge – price shown is for collection only, delivery options can be added nearer the time of return, if required.
• If you would like to bring your Gown to us personally, give us a call and we can make an appointment for you to come and see us.

• Weekday service is available Tuesday – Friday
• If collected on a Friday, we do not receive until the following Monday
• Date not confirmed until email received after Order submitted to confirm collection scheduled
• Must be 3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) on from your order date (if order placed after 3 pm please allow 4 working days)
• Weekend and timed services are only available if selected above in ‘Shipping’ (charges apply)
