Grace – Cleaning and Classic Design Preservation Box Package

Suitable for long term storage for midi to floor length slip style of gowns (with NO petticoats or train).

Your gown is cleaned using our specially Developed Baptiste Process®.

It is then steamed and packed into a beautiful hand made acid-free box in a house design of your choice, protected with layers of acid-free tissue. This will protect your gown from dust and light and prevent discolouration. Where possible we will insert an acid-free bodice inside your gown to help keep the shape and structure of the bodice.

This Acid Free Preservation Box is available in two beautifully classic designs.

You have the option of *personalising your box by choosing a ribbon and adding a skilfully handwritten message inside the lid, in either black calligraphy or modern font.

PLEASE NOTE: Messages can be up to 29 characters per line (inc spaces) and a maximum of 3 lines.

Please note that prior to cleaning, your Gown will be inspected. In the case of a clear discrepancy our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss any payment variance or the return of your dress – carriage chargeable.

If you would like to have other items cleaned and packed in to this box with your wedding gown such as a Bolero/Stole, a veil or sash, or a cape etc… pleases tick the item(s) you require below.

PLEASE NOTE; These items are not packed or boxed separately. They will be included in the box with your bridal gown. Please see below for a separate cleaning and packing service with acid free boxes for other selected accessory items if required.

Shipping *

Please choose one option:

• Shipping is a complimentary service, inclusive of an all day, weekday only collection and delivery service, to and from UK Mainland only – please call for Highlands and Channel Islands.
• The courier will bring a plastic box on the day of collection, which you can pack your garments into whilst the courier waits (a sticky bar-coded returns label will be included in the box for the return journey to us).
• Timed and Saturday options are available at a surcharge – price shown is for collection only, delivery options can be added nearer the time of return, if required.
• Personal Collection by Terrington Burchett – One of our team will come and collect your Gown personally and then return once ready *price to be confirmed once postal code and preferred collection date provided – Please contact us for further details.
• If you would like to bring your Gown to us personally, give us a call and we can make an appointment for you to come and see us.
