Ideal for midi to floor length slip style of gowns (with NO petticoats or train)

Your wedding gown will be cleaned using our unique Baptiste Process®, steamed, and returned to you ready to hang.

This service is perfect for Wedding Gowns that have been purchased ‘off the peg’ and need their sparkle back before the big day!

The current turn around for this service is 10 working days, if required more urgently, please contact our team and it may be possible to turn around more urgently, at a premium.

This service is NOT suitable for Gowns that have been worn, and is for ex-shop sample gowns only, that have NOT been worn outside.

Please note that prior to cleaning, your Gown will be inspected.  In the case of a clear discrepancy our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss any payment variance or the return of your dress – carriage chargeable.

Shipping *

Please choose one option:

• Shipping is fully insured and free of charge, inclusive of an all day, weekday only collection and delivery service, to and from UK Mainland only – please call for Highlands and Channel Islands.
• The courier will bring a plastic box on the day of collection, which you can pack your garments into whilst the courier waits (a sticky bar-coded returns label will be included in the box for the return journey to us).
• Timed and Saturday options are available at a surcharge – price shown is for collection only, delivery options can be added nearer the time of return, if required.
• If you would like to bring your Gown to us personally, give us a call and we can make an appointment for you to come and see us.
