Wedding Dress Cleaning Ordering Process

We have redesigned our ordering page to make using the new site even easier, but if you do have any problems then please call us free on 0800(0) 935 429.

The place to start:

Click on the services page and then select the service you require. If you choose a service with a box which has a selection of swatches and/ or the option of calligraphy then further options will appear on the page to allow you to select these.

Once you have chosen the service you need then click on the ‘Order This Service’ link below that service description and fill in the details of your dress and wedding date on the next page, then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

If there is anything else you require cleaning then it can be added on the next page, ‘Would You Like Anything Else?’ simply click the box for any additional items you want cleaned. If you require an item to be boxed separately then tick that box too and a choice of swatches will be displayed, simply click on the one you want and highlight it. Once you have selected all additional items required then click ‘Add to Order’.

You are then taken to your ‘basket’ page where you can check your items and if you wish to remove any then simply press the ‘delete’ button next to them. On this page you can also include and discount or coupon codes which you may have.

Once you are happy with the order then simply click on the ‘checkout’ link below the order total.

On the following page fill in your contact details and the date on which you would like the dress collecting plus any special collection requirements. Then click on ‘Next Step’, check your details are correct, select the way in which you wish to pay and press ‘Complete Order’.

The confirmation page contains a link to a printable page which can be used to show the position of any damage or stains on the dress, please print out this page and enclose it with your dress.
