Once you have decided which Service you require please follow the steps below:
1. Place your Gown into a secure cardboard box
2. Complete, submit and then Print the Order Form below
3. Enclose the completed Order Form together with a cheque made payable to 'Terrington Burchett Ltd' for the Service you require, any additional items plus £19.50 Carriage. Alternatively write ‘Credit Card’ at the top of your order form and we will phone you on receipt of the dress to arrange payment by credit or debit card. (Carriage costs are inclusive of Collection, Delivery and Insurance)

4. Contact our Courier on
01522 690022 and arrange a convenient collection day , if you call before 11 am they
will collect sameday.
