I am writing to you and your staff for the cleaning of my Wedding Dress after our wedding in Kenya.
As you know we had our ceremony in Mombasa and afterwards our photographer asked us to walk around the grounds to take pictures in different locations. The bottom of the dress therefore became very thick with red earth.
We were having a blessing on our return for the family and friends that were unable to come away with us and as we had an extra week in Kenya after the Wedding, I asked my Mum to take the dress home with her and have it cleaned. She then found upon her return that the dress had to been cleaned by a specialist due to the amount of pearls on it and this was when she sent it to your company.
My mum suffers from diabetes and I know that her insulin level went sky high with worry about the dress. We were both so relieved and very grateful when it came back to us spotlessly clean, pressed and in time for the blessing.
I am therefore returning it with care to have it treated with your Gold Service.

I would like to express my complete satisfaction and delight upon receiving my boxed wedding dress.
I chose the Champagne Service, which enables me to look at my dress presented, with my tiara, without having to open the box and ruin the presentation.
The dress was collected and returned to my work address within 2 weeks. My colleague has seen the beautifully presented wedding dress and is now arranging to do the same with hers.
